子宫动脉栓塞术治疗产后胎盘植入的临床应用价值

The value of clinical application of uterine artery embolization in treatment of postpartum placenta accrete

目的观察子宫动脉栓塞术治疗产后胎盘植入的临床疗效,总结其临床价值。方法回顾性分析18例产后胎盘植入行双侧子宫动脉栓塞治疗患者的临床资料,分析其治疗效果和治疗中的不良反应。结果 18例患者均得到及时有效的止血,其中8例术后3～7天排出胎盘组织,10例栓塞术后第8天辅以清宫术,清除了胎盘组织且术中出血少。18例患者均成功保留子宫,治疗过程中不良反应轻微。结论子宫动脉栓塞术治疗产后胎盘植入具有创伤小、并发症少、疗效肯定及保留患者子宫等优点,具有很高的临床使用价值。

[Abstract] Objective To observe clinical efficiency of the uterine arterial embolization in treatment of postpartum placen- ta accrete and to summarize its clinical value. Methods The retrospective analysis has been done on 18 cases of postpar- tum placenta acereta treated with bilateral uterine artery embolization to determine the therapeutic effect and the adverse reaction of the procedure. Results The effective hemostasis was achieved in time for all the 18 patients. Among those, 8 cases of placenta discharged from the 3 rd to 7 th day after operation. Curettage of uterus had been done on 10 cases at the 8 th day after uterine artery embolization, with removal of the placenta tissue and less hemorrhage. 18 cases all retained their uterus＇ successfully with little if any side effects. Conclusion Uterine artery embolization for treatment of postpar- tum placenta accreta, with the superiorities of minimal invasion, less adverse reaction, good curative effect, and retaining the uterus, has high value of clinical application.
