静息态磁共振成像在脑瘫患儿中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 脑功能磁共振成像(functional magnetic resonance imaging,fMRI)能在活体人脑定位各功能脑区,研究脑的功能连接。本文基于静息态的应用模式,自局部脑区功能活动、脑区之间的功能连接及脑功能网络层面,综述了脑功能磁共振成像在脑性瘫痪患儿发病机制、诊断、治疗及预后等方面的临床研究现状。今后需要进行多学科、多方法相结合的综合研究,探索脑性瘫痪患儿特异的功能影像学标记,为疾病的早期发现、早期干预及预后判断等提供客观和直观的影像学依据。 Brain functional magnetic imaging (fMRI) can help loctate the functional areas in human brian, and study the functional connectivity between the brain regions. Based on the modes of the resting state, the present review summarized clinical advances of fMRI in the pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of cerebral palsy to the brain function network. Future researches need to combine multi-methods and to cooperate with multi-disciplines to explore specific neu- roimaging markers in the cerebral palsy. Thus, imaging technique may eventally be used to help with early detection, early intervention and prognosis judgement .
