本文主要阐述近年来对银屑病关节炎(psoriatic arthritis)影像学特点的研究进展。X线对于PsA的发病机理主要提供了骨质有利的依据,但是由于其成像的局限性,对软组织成像不敏感。磁共振的使用和发展克服了X线成像缺点,为PsA的早期诊断和发病机理提供的更加准确的依据和线索。

This aticle summarizes a presentation on imaging of psoriatic arthritis （PsA） recently. Plain radiography pro- vides valuable insights into the pathogenesis of PsA, but, is limited because only calcified tissue can be imaged. Magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） provides more accurate clues to early stage diagnostic basis and the pathogenesis for PsA.
