新城疫病毒载体的应用研究进展

Progress on application of the Newcastle disease virus vector

新城疫病毒是严重危害养禽业的重要疫病-新城疫的病原微生物。目前,新城疫在我国各地广泛存在和发生,给养禽业带来了巨大的经济损失,并且危害人类的健康。随着反向遗传学操作技术的快速发展,重组新城疫病毒载体成为新城疫研究的重点,也是当今病毒载体系统研究的热点之一。该文就新城疫病毒载体在外源基因表达方面应用的研究概况做一综述,以期为我国畜牧兽医工作者提供参考。

Newcastle disease virus is the pathogen of Newcastle disease. It is the important pathogenic microorganisms of epidemics and do serious harm to the poultry industry. At present, the Newcastle disease in China is widespread occurrence and also brought huge economic losses. With the rapid development of reverse genetics approach, recombinant Newcastle dis- ease virus vector is a focus on the Newcastle disease research and is one hot-spot of the virus vector system. Studies on Newcas- tle disease virus vector and its application in expression of foreign gene would be reviewed briefly in this article to provide refer- ences for the work in animal husbandry and veterinary.
