摘要
目的 探讨V形镍钛合金 (记忆合金 )支架植入犬髋臼顶部后 ,对其髋臼发育不良的矫正及对其髋臼发育的影响。 方法 选用髋臼发育不良的幼犬 10只 ,随机分为 2组 ,在髋臼顶部距臼缘上 0 .5cm处用弧形骨刀做与髋臼弧度一致的截骨 ,其截骨深达Y形软骨 ,将截骨后的骨瓣向下扳压 ,在骨瓣上方植入 2~ 3只V形镍钛合金支架 ,术后 4、12周行双髋关节X线摄片 ,进行大体及组织学观察。 结果 术后 12周髋臼顶部由术前斜坡形恢复为弧形 ,髋臼对股骨头包容好。髋臼指数由实验前平均 (2 7 0± 1 4)度降低为平均 (13 8± 1 2 )度 ,组织学观察髋臼软骨增生活跃 ,软骨下有明显的软骨内成骨现象。 结论 V形镍钛合金支架植入对犬髋臼发育有明显的治疗效果 ,并促进了幼犬的髋臼发育 。
Objective [WT5”BZ]To observe the effect of V shaped Niti alloy implantation into the acetabular roof of puppies with acetabular dysplasia on acetabular dysplasia. [WT5”HZ] Methods [WT5”BZ]The puppies with acetabular dysplasia were divided randomly into two groups. Osteotomy was begun about 0.5cm above the acetabulum, using a curved osteotome this cut must proceed between the medial wall of the ilium and medial wall of the acetabulum. The osteotomy does not have to be carried to the triradiate cartilage. When the osteotomy is completed, the superior aspect of the acetabulum can be hinged downward by curved osteotome. The V shaped Niti alloy was wedged securely in the osteotomy site. Roentagenogram was made 4 and 12 weeks after operation in all animals. [WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]The inclination of the acetabular roof was redirected and the acetabular index was decreased. Microscopic study showed a marked proliferation of cartilaginous cells of the acetabular cartilage. [WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]The V shaped Niti alloy implantation into the acetabular roof can correct the sloping acetabular roof, increase the coverage on the femoral head, and improve the growth of the acetabulum.
