摘要
建立一种保存单胞藻胞外多聚物结构的透射电镜快速制样方法,使单胞藻的胞外多聚物在透射电镜下清晰可见。在此基础上,观察单胞藻胞外多聚物对金属氧化物纳米颗粒的吸附作用、及其在胞外多聚物中发生的形态结构改变。探讨单胞藻胞外多聚物在改变金属氧化物纳米颗粒结构,最终导致纳米颗粒进入细胞这一过程中所发挥的可能作用。
In this paper, a rapid transmission electron microscopy sample preparation methods saving extracellular polymer of unicellular algae which makes extracellular polymer visible clearly in TEM observation were established. On this basis, unicellular algae extracellular polymeric adsorption of metal oxide nanoparticles and metal oxide nanopartieles morphological changes occurring in the extracellular polymeric can be observed. In this way, we can investigate extraeellular polymeric' s possible role played in changing the structure of metal oxide nanoparticles and the process of leading to nanoparticles entering ceils eventually.
