雷公藤多甙抗眼部增殖作用的研究

Experimental study of the anti-proliferative effects of tripterygium glucosides in the department of ophthalmology

摘要 目的:研究雷公藤多甙(TⅡ)在眼科的抗增殖作用。方法:20只白兔(40只眼)随机分为0.03%雷公藤多甙0.05ml实验组、0.9%生理盐水0.05ml对照组、0.02%丝裂霉素C 0.05ml对照组,分别行常规小梁切除术,术中1次性使用相应药物,术后30天观察滤过泡、角膜、前房、眼压变化、滤过功能情况,做HE染色光镜观察。结果:0.03%雷公藤多甙0.05ml实验组眼压控制理想,与0.9%生理盐水0.05ml对照组比较有明显差异(T=4.73,P<0.05),滤过泡形成率高,滤过功能良好,而与0.02%丝裂霉素C0.05ml比较,雷公藤多甙实验组并发症少,副作用小。在光镜下,0.03%雷公藤多甙0.05ml实验组可见其巩膜面的增生组织排列整齐,滤过道保持开放。结论:雷公藤多甙在眼科具有抗增殖作用,副作用较小。 Objective: To study the anti-proliferative effects of tripterygium glucosides(TⅡ) in the department of ophthalmology.Methods: Twenty white rabbits(40 eyes) were divided into three groups at random: 0.03% tripterygium glucosides 0.05ml experimental group,0.9% NaCl 0.05ml control group and 0.02% MMC 0.05ml control group.The general trabeculectomy were operated on the three groups respectively using corresponding medicine once in the operation.On 30th postoperative day,observed condition of blebs,cornea,anterior chamber,eye balls pressure and optical microscopic examination.Results: Compared with 0.9% NaCl 0.05ml control group,0.03% tripterygium glucosides 0.05ml experimental group had an obvious difference in good eye balls pressure control(T = 4.73,P &lt; 0.05),high functioning blebs form rate(P = 0.01 &lt; 0.05),favorable filtering function(T = 3.54,P &lt; 0.05);compared with 0.02% MMC 0.05ml control group,0.03% tripterygium glucosides 0.05ml experimental group had a analogously curative effect(P &gt; 0.05) and little complication and little side-effect;in the optical microscopic examination,proliferative tissue of its sclera ranked in order,filtering passage opened.Conclusion: tripterygium glucosides has a good anti-proliferative effects in the department of ophthalmology with little side-effect.
