生血康胶囊对实验性再生障碍性贫血的影响

Research on efficacy of Shengxuekang Capsules on experimental aplastic anemia

目的:观察蒙药生血康胶囊对实验性再生障碍性贫血的影响。方法:制备免疫介导型小鼠再障模型和复合因素诱导型再障大鼠模型,随机分为正常对照组,模型组,血康胶囊组(1g/kg),免疫介导型小鼠再障模型血康胶囊高、中、低剂量组(2.4、1.2、0.6g/kg)及复合因素诱导型再障大鼠血康胶囊高、中、低剂量组(1.6、0.80、0.4 g/kg),共服药15天,观察蒙药生血康胶囊对外周血WBC、RBC、HGB、RET,骨髓有核细胞,骨髓病理改变及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。结果:小鼠免疫介导型再障碍模型生血康组外周血WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT、CD3+、CD4+T细胞、CD4+/CD8+值及骨髓有核细胞数量均回升,与模型组比较有显著性差异;与血康胶囊组比较生血康胶囊组PLT、CD4+T细胞升高(P<0.05)。与模型组比较生血康胶囊组骨髓活检形态学显示骨髓有核细胞增生活跃,脂肪细胞减少。大鼠复合因素诱导再障模型生血康胶囊组外周血WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT、RET、骨髓有核细胞数量、CD3+、CD4+T细胞均回升、CD8+T细胞降低、CD4+/CD8+回升,与模型组比较有显著性差异。PLT、RET与血康组比较有显著性差异;与血康组比较生血康中剂量组HGB、PLT、RET,低剂量组PLT、RET升高,有显著性差异。与模型组比较生血康胶囊组骨髓活检形态学显示骨髓有核细胞增生增多,脂肪细胞明显减少。结论:生血康胶囊可能有较好的治疗再生障碍性贫血作用,改善细胞免疫是生血康胶囊治疗作用机理之一。

Purpose： Observe the efficacy of Shengxuekang capsules on experimental aplastic anemia.Method： The immune mediated mice and composite factor mediated rats model of aplastic anemia were prepared and grouping to control group,model group,Xuekang Capsules group,Shengxuekang Capsules high,medium,low dose group respectively and medicated 15 days to observe the Mongolian Medicine Shengxuekang Capsule’s influences on peripheral blood WBC,RBC,HGB,RET,nucleated bone marrow cells,bone marrow pathological changes and T lymphocytes in Peripheral blood in experimental aplastic anemia.Results： The WBC,RBC,HGB,PLT,CD3＋,CD4＋T cells,CD4＋/ CD8＋,nucleated bone marrow cells of Shengxuekang Capsules group of immune mediated AA mice were increased,compared with model group,have significantly differences,P ＆lt; 0.05;Compared with Xuekang group,the PLT,CD4＋T cells of Shengxuekang Groups were increased,have significantly differences,P ＆lt; 0.05.Compared with Model group,biopsy of Shengxuekang Capsule group’s nucleated bone marrow cells were proliferated and actively,fat cells decreased.At the composite factor induced rats,the peripheral blood WBC,RBC,HGB,PLT,RET,nucleated bone marrow cells,CD3＋,CD4＋T cell were increased,CD8＋T cell decreased,CD4＋/ CD8＋increased,have significantly differences compared with modeling group,P ＆lt; 0.05.Compared with Xuekang group,PLT,RET increased,have significantly differences,P ＆lt; 0.05.Compared with model group,biopsy of Shengxuekang Capsules group’s nucleated bone marrow cells were incread and fat cells were decreased.The result showed that the onset dosage of Shengxuekang capsules is 0.06g / kg in adult and Effective dose range is 0.06 ~ 0.24g / kg.Conclusion： Shengxuekang Cupsule had better efficacy on aplastic anemia.Improve the cell immunity was one of mechanisms of therapeutic efficacy of Shengxuekang Capsules.
