羊藿巴戟口服液对去势雄性大鼠血清睾酮和皮质醇水平的影响

The effect of yanghuobaji oral solution on the serum testosterone and cortisone of castrate male rats

目的:观察羊藿巴戟口服液对去势雄性大鼠血清睾酮和皮质醇的影响,并通过观察其对附性器官(包皮腺、精液囊、前列腺)和肾上腺的脏器系数的影响,探讨羊藿巴戟口服液的补肾壮阳影响雄性激素作用的机制。方法:将去势雄性大鼠随机分组,经灌胃给予羊藿巴戟口服液连续15d后,酶联免疫法检测大鼠体内的雄激素和肾上腺皮质激素水平,同时,观察对大鼠附性器官(包皮腺、精液囊、前列腺)和肾上腺脏器系数的影响,并记录大鼠体重的变化。结果:羊藿巴戟口服液可以明显升高睾酮的水平,起始剂量为1.0 g/kg,起效范围为1.0 g/kg^6.0 g/kg,其中高剂量组(6.0 g/kg)与模型对照组比较有统计学意义差异,羊藿巴戟口服液各剂量对肾上腺素皮质醇也有一定影响,但与模型对照组相比无统计学意义。羊藿巴戟口服液各剂量组均增加去势雄性大鼠包皮腺、精液囊及前列腺、肾上腺的脏器指数,其中以增加包皮腺的脏器系数最为明显,高、中剂量组也可以显著增加肾上腺和精液囊+前列腺的脏器系数。结论:羊藿巴戟口服液能明显提高雄激素睾酮的水平,并且可以明显提高去势雄性大鼠附性器官(包皮腺、精液囊、前列腺)和肾上腺的脏器系数,提示羊藿巴戟口服液有提高雄性去势大鼠雄性激素水平的作用,并且其作用机制与增强肾上腺的脏器系数,从而促进肾上腺中性激素睾酮的分泌来实现有关。

Object： To observe the Yanghuobaji oral solution on the serum testosterone level of castrate male rats and mechanism.Method： The castrate male rats were divided into control,positive control and Yanghuobaji oral solution high dose group（6g / kg body weight）,medium dose group（3g / kg） and Lower dose group（1.0g / kg）,respectively.The ratio of weight of Adrenal,preputial glands,Seminal vesicle,sperm bladders and prostate gland to rats’ body weight were recorded.The serum testosterone and cortisone level were assayed with enzyme coagulated immunoassay.Results： Yanghuobaji oral solution could increased the serum testosterone level of male rat.Compared with control,the high dose group（6.0 g / kg） was markedly increased than that of control group（P ＆lt; 0.05）.Though Yanghuobaji oral solution could increased the level of cortisone,compared with control group no difference was observed（P ＆gt; 0.05）.Furthermore,the ratio of weight of Adrenal,Preputial glands,Seminal vesicle,Sperm bladders and Prostate gland to the rats’ body weight were increased markedly.Yanghuobaji oral solution could increase the ratio of adrenal,preputial glands and Seminal vesicle,Sperm bladders and Prostate gland to rats body’s weight markedly（P ＆lt; 0.01,P ＆lt; 0.05 and P ＆lt; 0.05,respectively）.Conclusion： These results suggest that Yanghuobaji oral solution could increase the serum testosterone level.This mechanism of this effect might relate with its increase the ratio of Adrenal.These results demonstrated that Yanghuobaji oral solution could increased the testosterone level and mechanism might increased the ratio of adrenal and promote adrenal gland to secret the testosterone.
