警惕肿瘤细胞体外培养的交叉污染

摘要 体外培养的肿瘤细胞由于保留了原发肿瘤组织的生物学特性,因此是研究肿瘤侵袭转移、疾病诊断和药物敏感性的不可或缺的工具。细胞培养技术不断进步和成熟,提供了越来越多不同种属来源和组织来源的肿瘤细胞系供研究之用,但是与细胞培养同时诞生的细胞污染问题却一直没有解决并长期困扰着研究学界。细胞污染包括微生物污染和交叉污染,
