摘要
以石油焦和天然石墨为原料,改质沥青为黏结剂,经过混捏、等静压成型、浸渍和石墨化等工序制备等静压石墨,考察了原料种类对等静压石墨性能的影响。结果表明:等静压石墨的体积密度随着浸渍次数的增加而增大,电阻率则随浸渍次数的增加而减小;经过二浸三焙的两种炭质原料制备的等静压石墨的体积密度和电阻率相差不大;石油焦制备的等静压石墨力学性能最高,抗压强度为72.0 MPa,抗折强度为39.9 MPa。
Isostatic pressing graphite was fabricated using petroleum coke and natural graphite as raw materials, and modified pitch as binder by kneading, isostatic pressing, baking, impregnating and graphitization processes. Effects of raw material type on the performances of the isostatic pressing graphite were investigated. The results indicate that the density of the isostatic pressing graphite increases and the electrical resistivity decreases with the increase of impregnating times. Through the second impregnation and the third baking, the density and electrical resistivity of the isostatic pressing graphite prepared by the two carbonaceous materials were almost the same. The isostatic pressing graphite fabricated from petroleum coke has compressive strength of 72.0 MPa and flexural strength of 39.9 MPa.
