摘要
加工细长石墨台阶孔产品比较困难,本文从工艺路线、装夹方法和工艺参数等方面进行切削试验比对,设计了专用工装和镗孔对刀装置,该方法的加工精度和生产效率较高,对实际生产具有指导意义。镗孔对刀装置结构简单,具有很强的实用价值。
It's difficult to machine the graphite product with the slender step hole. The results of the cutting tests have been compared, including the cutting route, the method of clamping and the parameters,and special toolings and boring tool setting device are designed. The technology is efficiently improving the cutting quality, which will play a great role in the actual production. The boring tools with the advantages of simple structure, has a strong practical value.
