芪明颗粒联合人工泪液治疗干眼症的临床观察 被引量:21

摘要 目的:观察芪明颗粒联合人工泪液局部滴眼治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法:将符合干眼症诊断标准的100例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例100眼。治疗组采用口服芪明颗粒和局部滴用右旋糖酐羟丙纤维素滴眼液治疗;对照组采用单纯滴用右旋糖酐羟丙纤维素滴眼液治疗。根据临床症状和基础泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光素钠染色等检查进行评分,治疗观察3mo。结果:两组治疗后BUT,SⅠt,角膜荧光素染色与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗后治疗组上述指标变化程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率94%,对照组总有效率76%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芪明颗粒联合人工泪液局部点眼治疗干眼症疗效较单纯使用人工泪液滴眼疗效好。 AIM: To observe the efficacy of Qiming granule combined with Dextran and Hypromellose eye drops in treatment of dry eye. METHODS: A randomized, parallel-control approach was adopted, 100 cases of dry eye patients were divided into treatment group and control group equally, observation on the treatment of 3 months. The treatment group was applied Dextran and Hypromellose eye drops combined with oral Qiming granule, simply Dextran and Hypromellose eye drops for control group. Before and after treatment, tear secretion volume, break-up time, corneal fluorescein staining and symptom were observed. RESULTS: After treatment, there was statistical significance for the break-up time, SⅠt and corneal fluorescein staining in both groups when compared with before treatment (P0.05 or P0.01). The total clinical effect satisfaction rates were 94% for treatment group and 76% for control group, both with no serious adverse reactions. CONCLUSION: The combined Dextran and Hypromellose eye drops and Qiming granule perform better than Dextran and Hypromellose eye drops only in treatment of dry eye.
