当前江苏舞台艺术精品创作可持续发展的对策研究

Countermeasure of the Sustainable Development of Competitive Stage Works Creation in Contemporary Jiangsu Province

江苏的舞台艺术精品创作与生产是江苏文化工作的重要组成部分。要贯彻落实中共江苏省委、省政府提出的建设文化强省的战略方针,就要研究探讨江苏舞台精品可持续发展的对策。当前,江苏舞台艺术在繁荣的背后也呈现出一系列问题:艺术表演团体专业化水平下降,创作队伍急剧萎缩,后备从业者匮乏,经费保障不到位,缺乏明确发展定位,相关职能部门难以形成合力等。从这些问题着眼,可得出的可行对策有:调查清理全省各艺术表演团体,激活其管理机制;总结"精品工程"的成败得失,重建推动舞台艺术创新发展的科学机制;凸显江苏各剧种的特色;用政策吸引民营团体生产舞台精品;加强省、市两级专业创作网络建设,重视发展一、二度创作人才;加强表演艺术招生与教育工作;用有力的激励机制激发舞台艺术创作者的工作激情;加大宣传力度,打造影响力,培育演出市场;设立江苏精品创作、人才培养专项经费;加强组织领导和针对性指导;注意在创作与生产中彰显社会主义核心价值体系。

There are a series of problems hidden in the prosperity of Jiangsu stage. Therefore, we propose to investigate every art performance troupe in Jiangsu province, and activate their management mechanism ; review the success and loss of ＂ excellent works project＂ , and rebuild a scientific system promoting the innovative development of stage art; highlight the characteristics of different types of drama in Jiangsu; draw up policies to encourage privately operated troupes to create excellent stage works ; strengthen the construction of professional creation website ; make endeavors to cultivate talents in creation and re -creation ; pay attention to students -recruiting and educating in performance major ; encourage the stage workers＇work passion ; foster performance market ; set up special funds for cultivating professionals and creating; reinforce leadership ; and pay attention to publicize the core socialist value in creation and production.
