摘要
目的探讨红皮病性银屑病患者的免疫功能状态。方法采用免疫荧光染色标记法流式细胞分析检测红皮病性银屑病患者外周血中T细胞亚群的表达情况,并与正常人和寻常性银屑病患者比较。结果与正常人相比红皮病性银屑病患者外周血CD19+细胞、CD4+细胞、CD3-16+56+细胞、CD4+/CD8+比值均降低,差异有统计学意义,CD8+细胞升高,差异有统计学意义。结论细胞免疫功能紊乱是红皮病性银屑病发病的一个重要机制,但在寻常性银屑病进展致红皮病性银屑病的过程中体液免疫功能紊乱可能起一定作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of T cells subgroup in peripheral bloods of patients with psoriasis erythrodermie. Methods The immunofluorescent staining labelling method and flow cytometry were used to analyze the expression of T cells subgroup in peripheral bloods of patients with psoriasis erythrodermic. The results were compared with that of psoriasis vulgaris patients and healthy controls. Results The amount of CD19+cells, CD4+ ceils, CD3-16+56+ cells and the ratio of CD4*/CDS* in peripheral bloods of patients with psoriasis elTthrodermic was significantly decreased, while the amount of CD8 +T cells was obviously increased. Conclusion Psoriasis elythrodermic is an autoimmune disease, cellular immune dysfunction is an important mechanism for the onset of psoriasis erythrodermic. However, the humoral immune dysfunction may play a major role in the development from psoriasis vulgaris to psoriasis mythrodermic.
