杭州市6320例性病患者流行病学调查分析

Epidemiology of Sexually Transmitted Disease in Hangzhou

目的了解2010—2012年杭州地区性病的流行趋势和特点。方法对2010—2012年我院性病门诊确诊的性病患者的性别、年龄、学历及性病类型作流行病学分析。结果 2010—2012年6 320例性病患者年龄大多以中青年为主,男性以已婚高中或以上学历为主,女性以未婚和初中学历为主,3年性病病种均以梅毒居首位,男女性别比最显著的为人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)。结论杭州地区性病流行形势依然不容乐观,应继续坚持开展综合的防治措施,才能更有效的控制性病的传播。

Objective To investigate the popular features of sexually transmitted diseases（STDs） in Hangzhou. Methods Patients with STDs confirmed in STD outpatient of our hospital were em＇olled in this study. The gender, age, education and disease types of the patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results From 2010 to 2012, 6 320 patients were enrolled in this study. Among these patients, youth and middle age patients were the main groups. In the male patients, those married with high school education or above were majorities, whereas those unmarried with junior high school education were the main group in the female patients. Syphilis was the most common in STDs. Rate of male to female in HIV was significant different. Conclusion Epidemic situation of STDs in Hangzhou was not optimistic. Comprehensive measures of prevention and cure should be enhanced.
