神经节苷脂联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of gangliosides combined with edaravone for treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的:分析神经节苷脂联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将北京市丰台区南苑医院2011年7月至2013年5月收治的60例急性脑梗死患者分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),观察组患者在一般常规治疗基础上加用神经节苷脂联合依达拉奉治疗,对照组患者给予一般常规治疗。结果:治疗后观察组的神经功能缺损情况,日常生活活动能力和运动功能均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:神经节苷脂联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of gangliosides combined with edaravone for treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods： 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from July 2011 to May 2013 were divided into observation group（n=30） and control group（n=30）.Observation group was given gangliosides combined with edaravone on the basis of general routine treatment and control group was given general routine treatment.Results： The neurological deficit,daily living ability,and motor function in the observation group after treatment were significant better than those in control group after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion： The efficacy of gangliosides combined with edaravone for treatment of acute cerebral infarction is exact,it is worthy to be popularized.
