小剂量肾上腺素抢救重症支气管哮喘疗效观察

Clinical observation of small dose of adrenaline rescuing severe bronchial asthma

目的:分析和讨论小剂量肾上腺素在重症支气管哮喘病症临床抢救治疗过程中的应用方法和治疗效果。方法:选择2007年12月至2012年12月商丘市第一人民医院呼吸重症医学科(RICU)收治的50例重症支气管哮喘患者,将他们平均分为观察组和对照组。对观察组患者采用小剂量肾上腺素进行抢救治疗,对对照组患者采用常规方法进行抢救治疗,并对全部患者的临床疗效进行比较、统计和分析。结果:经过比较分析,两组患者治疗前、后的心率、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度等都呈现明显的改善,各项间比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的总有效率(100.0%)同对照组(84.0%)相比,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将小剂量肾上腺素应用于重症支气管哮喘的临床抢救过程中,能够有效、快速的缓解患者的临床病症情况,提高患者的生存率,为患者入院治疗争取了有效时间,因此,应该予以广泛的应用和推广。

Objective： To analysis and discuss the application method of clinical rescue control process and therapeutic effect of small doses of epinephrine in the symptoms of severe bronchial asthma.Methods： Choose 50 cases of severe bronchial asthma of The First People＇s Hospital of Shangqiu from December 2007 to December 2012,they were divided into two groups on average,observation group and control group.using small doses of epinephrine to rescue observation group,control group were treated by routine method,compare、statistic and analysis all patient＇s clinical efficacy.Results： Through the comparative,two groups before and after control in the heart rate,breathing rate,blood oxygen saturation had significantly improved,the comparison was statistical significance（P0.05）;After treatment,the effective rate of observation group（100.0%） was significantly higher than the control group（84.0%）,comparison was statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion： Small dose of adrenaline applied to severe bronchial asthma clinical rescue process can effectively and quickly relieve the patient＇s clinical symptoms,improve patient＇s surial,hospitalized the efficient time for patients.Therefore,small dose of adrenaline should be applicated and popularized.
