摘要 目的:研究帕罗西汀抗抑郁治疗前后抑郁症患者血清神经营养因子3(NT-3)的变化及NT-3与生活事件、防御方式的关系。方法:比较抑郁症组(31例抑郁症患者)与对照组(25例健康人)血清NT-3水平的差异,并观察抑郁症组接受盐酸帕罗西汀治疗6周末血清NT-3的变化;对抑郁症组进行生活事件量表(LES)、防御方式问卷(DSQ)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)的评定,并与血清NT-3水平进行相关性分析。结果:抑郁症组血清NT-3水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);抑郁症组抗抑郁治疗6周末血清NT-3水平明显低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。血清NT-3水平与HAMD、DSQ因子1总分呈正相关。结论:NT-3参与了抑郁症患者神经损伤的修复过程,帕罗西汀可能具有保护和修复神经细胞的作用。 Objective: To investigate the change of serum levels of neurotrophin-3 (NT-3) in patients with depression before and after treatment, and to analyze any possible correlation of NT-3 with the features of life event and defense style. Methods:Serum levels of NT-3 were evaluated using EL- SIA method in 31 patients and 25 healthy controls. All patients were treated with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets for 6 weeks. The levels of NT-3 were measured before treatment and in the end of the treatment. Depressive patients were assessed with Life Event Scale (LES) , Defense Style Questionnaire (DSQ) and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD)and correlation between the results and NT-3 levels were analyzed. Results : The patients had significantly higher serum levels of NT-3 than healthy people in control group (P 〈 0.01 ). The levels of NT-3 of patients significantly decreased in 6 weeks after treatment (P 〈 0.01 ). In addition, it was found that the severity of depression and the use of immature defense were significantly correlated with serum level of NT-3 (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions : NT-3 and paroxetion may participate in process of neurons repair.
