LNG-IUS对子宫腺肌症患者血清VEGF及Ang-2水平的影响

Influence of LNG-IUS on Levels of VEGF and Ang-2 in Patients with Adenomyosis

目的:探讨子宫腺肌症患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和血管生成素-2(Ang-2)水平,并探讨左炔诺酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)对2者水平的影响。方法:42例子宫腺肌症患者LNG-IUS采用治疗,采用ELISA方法检测患者血清中VEGF和Ang-2水平,并比较治疗前后患者痛经程度评分、月经量、子宫内膜厚度。结果:经LNG-IUS治疗后,患者血清中VEGF和Ang-2表达水平明显低于治疗前,且患者的痛经程度评分明显降低,月经量明显减少,子宫内膜厚度明显变薄,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:LNG-IUS治疗能改善子宫腺肌症患者的临床症状,患者血清中VEGF和Ang-2表达水平的降低可能是其治疗子宫腺肌症的机制之一。

Objective：to investigate amounts of serum vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and angiopoietin-2 （ Ang-2 ） and their roles in pathogenesis of adenomyosis. Methods： Forty-two cases of adenomyosis were treated with levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system （LNS-IUS）, the dysmenorrheal, menstrual blood volume, endometrium thickness and serum VEGF and Ang-2 levels before and after the treatment with LNS-IUS were compared. Results： After treatment with LNS-IUS, the dysmenorrheal was obviously catabatic （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the menstrual blood volume significantly reduced （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the endometrium becom thinner（ P 〈 0.05 ）, the serum VEGF and Ang-2 levels were decreased significantly（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： LNS-IUS treatment can relieve the symptoms of adenomyosis. The high serum VEGF and Ang-2 levels may be involved in the pathogenesis of adenomyosis.
