经牙槽嵴顶冲压式上颌窦底提升术同期牙种植 被引量:2

摘要 目的:总结经牙槽嵴顶冲压式上颌窦底提升术同期牙种植的临床效果。方法:选择19例牙槽嵴顶距窦底垂直骨高度为5~7mm的患者,经牙槽嵴顶冲压式上颌窦底提升术同期植入21枚种植体,植骨或不植骨,定期临床和X线检查评价疗效。结果:种植体植入后骨结合情况良好,无种植体松动或脱落;X线显示种植体周围骨质稳定,窦底边界清晰,无炎症表现,19例均完成种植修复,患者满意度高。结论:经牙槽嵴顶冲压式上颌窦底提升术同期牙种植可获得良好的治疗效果。
