清肝通窍汤对突发性聋豚鼠血液流变学影响的研究

Effect of Qinggan Tongqiao Tang on Blood rheology of guinea pigs with sudden deafness

目的观察清肝通窍汤对突发性聋模型豚鼠血液流变学的影响。方法 30只豚鼠,以噪声刺激加肾上腺素皮下注射法制备突发性聋模型,然后随机分为模型组、治疗组、阳性对照组,每组10只,并设立空白对照组(10只)。治疗组予以清肝通窍汤治疗,阳性对照组用血府逐瘀口服液治疗,模型组和空白对照组分别以蒸馏水灌胃。观察比较各组豚鼠的血液流变学指标及纤维蛋白原含量变化。结果造模后,模型豚鼠不同切变率下的全血粘度、红细胞压积、血浆粘度及纤维蛋白原含量均明显升高。服用清肝通窍汤组动物各项指标值均降低而接近正常。结论清肝通窍汤能较好改善突发性聋模型豚鼠因血液流变性改变而造成的微循环障碍,为临床治疗突发性聋提供了实验依据。

Objective To investigate the effects of Qinggan Tongqiao Decoction （QGTQD） on blood rheology of guinea pigs with sudden deafness. Methods The model of sudden deafness was established with noise stimulating method combined with the use of adrenaline hydrochloride given subcutaneously injection among 30 guinea pigs, with another 10 animals as blank controls. Then, these modeling animals were randomly divided into 3 groups, i.e. modeling group （MG）, QGTQD treating group （TG） and positive controlling group （PCG） treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Oral Solution. By the end of experiment, all the rats were measured the indexes of blood rheology and the content of fibrinogen for a comparative analysis among all these four groups. Results It was found that the main indicators of blood rheology were significantly elevated among modeling guinea pigs, while those received the treatment of QGTQD showed obviously improved such indicators and the content of fibrinogen after 2 weeks following the treatment of observed medicine. Conclusion It is suggested from this study that QGTQD can improve disordered condition of microcurculation induced by the changes in the carracteristics of blood rheology among guinea pigs with sudden deafness.
