再论《少数民族教育法》

Further Discussion of Minority Education Law

当前,我国民族教育正处于改革发展的关键时期,迫切需要国家制订《少数民族教育法》,以深入推进民族教育的改革与发展,尽快实现民族教育与全国教育同步发展。本文提出了加快推进《少数民族教育法》制订工作的思路及《少数民族教育法》草案设想。

At present, ethnic education in China is in a crucial period of reform and development and Minority Education Law is urgently needed to promote the reform and development of ethnic education and to accelerate synchronized development of ethnic education and national education. This paper puts forward ideas of accelerating making and drafting of Minority Education Law.
