Among many right-handed performing techniques of a national musical instrument Ruan （an ancient musical instrument）, roiling technique is one of the most important techniques. The derived techniques of roiling fingering include short rolling, long rolling, double roiling, roiling on the third and the fourth strings. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the essential points in training and application of different techniques.
