摘要
以某型交流负载超小型大功率继电器为研究对象,通过理论分析找到了触点开距与交流电弧提前过零相位角之间的关系,为降低继电器燃弧时间提供了理论依据。结合实际产品尺寸和加工工艺等限制因素,确定了增大继电器触点开距的方案,并通过试验对理论分析的结果进行了验证。
A certain type of AC load electromagnetic relay was studied. The connection between the contact distance and the AC arc was found by the theory analysis which produced the theory basis for reducing arc time. Combined with the limit of product size and processing technology, the solution of increasing contact distance was determined, and the theoretical analysis results was verified by the test.
