摘要
针对国内电弧性电气火灾防范的技术要求,依据美国UL 1699标准建立低压电弧检测试验平台,利用电弧发生装置进行模拟电弧故障试验。采集空调工作电流波形,分析不同工况下电流波形的变化特征,建立了基于电流时域上的"平肩"宽度和"平肩"宽度变化率检测算法,研制出空调电弧故障检测装置。试验结果表明,检测装置能够有效检测到空调电弧故障,并及时脱扣保护电路。
According to the domestic electrical fire prevention technology requirements, an arc generator was used to simulate the arc fault. The low voltage are defection experimental platform was built based on UL 1699. The waveform of working current was acquired and analyzed under different working status of air conditioning, and the detection algorithm for are fault based on the time domain features of arc current was putted forward. The air conditioner arc fault detection device was developed. The testing resuhs show that the arc fault detection device can effectively detect arc fault of air conditioning, and break the circuit in time.
