产业集群的企业网络嵌入性与创新活动的关系研究——以福建长乐为例

Study on the Relationship of Innovation Activities and Embeddedness in Networks——Take Fujian Changle as Example

以福建长乐纺织集群为例,分析了企业嵌入于当地业务网络及其吸收能力的差异性。研究表明,企业与上下游企业、同业生产者间的业务互动联系构成集群知识流动的主要渠道;业务网络形成基于信任和长期合作关系之上,并具有选择性;即使具备同质化的社会背景,但集群企业所处的本地网络位置和吸收能力对其创新活动产生显著正向作用,进而形成创新绩效的差异性。

This paper, focused on changle textile cluster in Fujian Province, examines the outstanding characteristics of knowledge networks in low -tech industrial cluster, and analyzes the heterogeneity of firms＇embeddedness in local business networks and absorptive capacity, and empirically studies the principle of heterogeneous affects their innovation performance. The result shows that ： business interactions with buyers, suppliers and other producers are the major channels through which knowledge flows into the cluster; business networks are mainly built on trust and long - term relationships and tend to be selective; and despite homogeneity in social background, the firms ~local network position and absorptive capacity have positive and strong effects on innovation activities, and then lead to the difference of innovation performance,
