选取仪陇县旅游发展总体规划作为典型案例,总结出具有普遍意义的适合我国县域地区旅游规划的编制原则和编制思路,重点突出规划的可持续发展、市场导向、特色资源和可操作性原则,提出适合西部县域旅游发展规划的思路。
