摘要
进行了使用水泥助磨剂和早强剂制备低熟料生态水泥的试验探索。研究得出:水泥强度随熟料中助磨剂掺加量的增加而增大,助磨剂添加量达到0.04%时水泥强度达到最高,超过0.04%后强度变化不大,稍微有些降低;早强剂三乙醇胺在用1倍水稀释后进行粉磨时,效果最佳,制成的水泥强度最高。
Low-clinker ecological cement was prepared by grinding aids and hardening accelerator in this experiment. The study shows that cement strength increases with adding of grinding aids; and when the grinding aids rate reaches 0.04%,the strength arrives at the highest point; and above 0.04%,the strength value decreases a little and almost never change; when use triethanolamine diluted by wa ter at proportion of 1∶1 in cement grinding, the strength of prepared cement reaches the highest value and the effect is the best.
