摘要
以浙江上峰建材有限公司2500t/d熟料窑炉SNCR脱硝工程为例,介绍了其SNCR的系统组成、技术特点、脱硝原理和运行情况及经济分析。在此基础上,对水泥行业脱硝技术的现状和未来发展趋势进行了探讨与思索。
The article takes the Zhejiang peak building materials company new dry cement kiln 2500t/d that adopts SNCR flue gas de nitration technology as an example. And their SNCR system characteristics and denitrification principle, technology, operating condi tions and economic analysis were described. On this basis, present situation and the future development trend of denitration technology of cement industry were discussed and thought.
