Experience of safety management in construction of Indonesia Jui Shin Cement General Project

安全生产是工程建设的"底线",它关系到国民经济的持续健康协调发展,关系到社会的和谐和稳定,也关系到企业投资效益的最大化。结合印尼JuiShin项目的施工实际,分析项目安全生产管理存在的主要问题,结合项目和现场条件,提出安全生产管理的控制措施。

Safety construction is the ＂base line＂of engineering construction, it has something to do with sustainable-healthy and harmo nious development of national economy, harmony and stability of the society, and the maximum investment efficiency of enterprises. Based on the construction experiecne of JuiShin project in Indonesia, the major problems in safety construction management were ana lyzed. According to the site conditions, the corresponding solution measures for safety construction management were put forward.
