摘要
选用NaOH和1227阳离子表面活性剂对高密仿棉聚酯针织物进行亲水整理工艺优化,探讨了NaOH浓度对织物回潮率、芯吸高度和顶破强力的影响。结果表明:亲水整理的优选工艺参数为NaOH浓度0.6g/L、1227阳离子表面活性剂浓度3g/L,处理时间60min;在优化工艺条件下,织物染色性能提高,吸湿性能和柔软性均得到改善,且顶破强力损失较小。
In order to improve the moisture absorption of high-density cotton-like PET knitted fabric,NaOH and 1227 cationic surfactant were used to treat the fabric.The effect of NaOH concentration on the moisture regain,wicking height and bursting strength of the fabric was also discussed and the optimal parameters were as follows:the concentration of NaOH 0.6 g/L,the concentration of 1227 cationic surfactant 3 g/L and the treatment time 60 min.The properties such as moisture absorption,capillary effect and softness of high-density cotton-like PET knitted fabric were improved under optimum parameters,and the bursting strength decreased in a small degree.
