New Trend on Concentrating Limits of Hazadous Substances in Textiles and Related Test Methods

本文论述了21世纪以来,发达国家针对纺织品中有毒有害物质新出台的技术法规和限量要求,同时对国内外这些受限物质的检测做了阐述、分析,指出随着科学技术的发展,和技术性贸易壁垒的升级,将会有越来越多的化学物质被立法禁用或列入限用物质目录,国内纺织行业和相关产业必须给予高度重视。

The laws,regulations and administrative provisions on concentration limits of toxic and harmful substances in textiles launched by developed countries since the 21st century are discussed and analyzed in this paper,as well as its test methods and standards.It points out that more and more chemical substances will be put on the restriction list along with the development of science and technology,and the upgrading of technical trade barriers.Domestic textile and related industries must show high concern over this trend.
