摘要 采用一种商品碱性果胶酶对亚麻原茎进行脱胶,探讨了最适宜的工艺条件。分别研究了温度、加酶量、初始pH和脱胶助剂对脱胶效果的影响。通过改进的Fried测试来判断纤维分离程度,以此来确定脱胶终点。实验结果表明:在脱胶温度为40℃、加酶量为1∶10、pH为9.8、加入尿素作为脱胶助剂时果胶酶活性较高,脱胶效果最好。 In this study, a degumming process was conducted to raw flax with a type of alkaline pectinase, and the parameters of degumming process were discussed. Besides, the influences of temperature, amount of enzyme, initial pH and degumming agent on degumming effects were studied. The degree of fiber separation was decided by modified Fried method to determine if degumming completed. The results of experiment indicated that, when the temperature is 40℃, enzyme amount is 1: 10, pH is 9.8, and urea as degumming agent, the degumming effect is the best.
