摘要
采用微波-生物酶-化学联合的脱胶方法对构树韧皮进行脱胶,制取构树纤维,并对制取的构树纤维的形态结构、长度、细度、力学性能及抗菌性能进行测试和表征。结果表明:构树纤维纵向形态有竖纹结构并带横节纹,横截面近似椭圆形,有中腔,具有一定的抗菌性能,抑菌率达(56.8±4)%。各项性能指标显示,构树纤维适宜做为非织造布的纤维原料。
The Broussonetia papyrifera fibers were obtained by treating the mulberry barks with alkali-assisted microwave plus biological enzymatic technique. In this paper, the morphology, length, fineness, mechanical properties and antibacterial property were tested and characterized. The results showed that there was vertical lines with cross marking lines along longitudinal morphology, and cross section is approximately elliptic with lumen. Broussonetia papyrifera fibers owned some antimicrobial properties with bacteria inhibitive rate of (56.8 ± 4 )%. Various performance indexes indicated that the fiber was suitable for making non-woven fabrics.
