有机氟整理剂在聚乳酸水刺非织造布上的应用 被引量:1

摘要 采用FG-910有机氟整理剂对聚乳酸水刺非织造布进行拒水、拒酒精、拒血液整理,通过单因子试验对整理工艺条件进行优化,通过正交试验,探讨整理工艺条件对聚乳酸水刺非织造布各性能影响的主次关系。实验结果表明:采用FG-910有机氟整理剂整理后,聚乳酸水刺非织造布可以获得良好的拒水、拒酒精、拒血液效果,其最优工艺为FG-910浓度45 g/L、焙烘温度120℃、焙烘时间3 min,同时经测试,产品的强力、透气、透湿等性能无负面影响,可满足其作为医用防护材料的使用要求。 PLA spun-laced non-woven fabrics were treated by finishing agents of organic fluorine FG -910 to improve the properlies of resistance to water, alcohol and blood. Then the technological conditions were optimized based on single-factor experiments. Multi-tactor orthogonal experiment was conducted to study the effects of technological conditions on the properties of PLA spun-laced non-woven tabrics. The experimental results indicated that PLA spun-laced non-woven fabrics finished by FG - 910 has excellent properties of resistance to water, alcohol and blood, the optimum technical conditions were FG -910 concentration of 45%, baking temperature of 120℃, baking time of 3 minutes. Furthermore, the test results showed that there were no negative effects on the strength, breathability and moisture permeability of the treated fabrics, which can meet the requirements of its use as medical protective material.
