摘要
采用KES-FB风格评价系统对18种不同的竹浆纤维织物进行低负荷的织物性能测试,利用SPSS软件分析系统中的主成分分析法对16个织物指标进行织物风格分类,找出竹浆纤维织物的4个主成分,可利用主成分和纱线性能、织物规格的多元线性回归方程开发符合竹浆纤维织物性能的儿童外衣、衬衫、牛仔织物等。
In this paper, the fabric performances of 18 different kinds of bamboo pulp fabrics were tested under low load by employing the KES- FB style evaluation system, and then 16 kinds of fabric' s indicators were adopted for the classification of fabric style using principal component analysis in SPSS software analysis system, after that, 4 main components of bamboo pulp fiber fabric were identified. Taking advantage of the multiple linear regression equations established by the principal components, yarn performances and fabric specifications, children coats, shirts, and jean fabrics could be developed accordingly.
