空心纱机织物设计及其空心化效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 设计了比例为1∶1的棉纱与棉/水溶性维纶包芯纱间隔比例织物,将织物中水溶性维纶溶除后,形成间隔空心纱织物。对所选用的棉纱与棉/水溶性维纶包芯纱的强伸性、毛羽状况和耐磨性进行了对比分析,确定用其织制间隔比例织物的可行性。用扫描电子显微镜观察织物退维后空心纱的横向截面和纵向形态,验证了其存在良好的空心效果。结果表明:所选用的棉纱和包芯纱性能差别较小,可以用于织制间隔比例织物;将水溶性维纶溶除之后所形成的空心纱具有良好的空心效果,可以保证空心纱机织物的保暖性、膨松性、吸湿快干等优良性能。 In this research, interphase cotton hollowyarns was designed by arranging the cotton yarn and the cotton/water-soluble PVA filaments core-spun yarns according to the proportion of 1: 1. Interphase cotton hollow yarns fabric was produced through removing PVA filaments from yarns. The strength and elongation, hairiness and wear resistance of the two types of yarns were tested, compared and analyzed, in order to prove the feasibility of interphase weaving. By observing of the cross section and longitudinal morphology of the hollow yarns with SEM, the good hollow effect is demonstrated. The results showed that these two kinds of yarns could be used to produce interphase core-spun yarns fabric thanks to their similar properties, and the excellent hollow effect of hollow yarns was obtained after water-soluble PVA filaments were removed, which granted the outstanding performances of hollow yarns fabric, such as heat preservation, bulkiness, water absorption and quick-drying.
