Analysis on the Thermal Efficiency Disparity for the Heater in Upstream and Downstream Enterprises

加热炉是石油石化企业主要的热力设备和耗能设备。通过现场监测数据对比分析,油气田企业的加热炉热效率比之炼化企业低12%,通过对比上下游企业加热炉在生产工艺、运行管理和评价方法等方面的差异,分析了油气生产特性和运行维护特点对油气田加热炉的影响,并从设计制造、工艺优化、设备选型、运行维护和技术改造等方面提出了相关对策,为油气田企业加热炉提效提供借鉴和参考。

The heater is the major energy-consuming equipment in the petroleum and petrochemical enterprises.Through comparative analysis of the site data monitoring,the thermal efficiency of the heater of oil and gas field enterprises was twelve percent less than that of petrochemical enterprises.The effect of characteristics of production,operation,and maintenance in the oilfield on the heater was analyzed by comparing the differences between heaters of upstream and downstream enterprises in respect of production,operation and management,and evaluation methods.Countermeasures in the aspects of design and manufacture,process optimization,equipment selection,operation and maintenance,and technological reform were put forward,thus providing references for improving the thermal efficiency of the heater in the oil and gas field enterprises.
