摘要
目的以科学的管理方法，将“7S”管理思路引入护理管理中，达到提高工作效率和护理质量，规范管理，提高护士自身素质。方法将“7S”即整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全、速度／节约引入护理工作的各个环节中，强化服务流程，根据护理部制定的护理技术质量标准，每项护理质量≥90％为合格。结果实施“7S”管理后，与前一年同期相比，护理质量均有上升，（P〈0．05），护理管理效果增强，护理活动环节质量控制增强。结论创新护理管理模式，创新护理服务理念，创新护理精神，体现护理勤俭美德，社会效益提高。
objective to the scientific management methods,to the introduction of the ＂7s＇ management thinking in nursing management,to improve the work efficiency and nursing quality, standardize management,improve the nurses quality. Methods ＂7s＂ namely,sorting,reorganization,cleaning,clean,quality, safety, speed/savings into nursing work of each link,strengthen the service process,according to the nursing technical quality standards promulgated by the nursing department,each nursing quality 90% or higher for qualified.Results after implementing ＂7s＂ management,compared with a year earlier,the quality of care are rising,（P〈0.05）,the effect of nursing management,nursing activities link quality control. Conclusion nursing management model innovation,innovation of nursing service concept,innovative care spirit,reflect the nursing industry and thrift virtue,improve social benefits.
