妇科盆腔术后并发下肢静脉血栓形成护理分析

目的探讨妇科盆腔术后并发下肢静脉血栓（DVT）形成的原因及护理对策。方法选取2010年1月-2015年1月我院收治的16例妇科盆腔手术后并发DVT患者，双盲法随机分为干预组和对照组各8例，对照组采用妇科常规护理，干预组在常规护理的基础上给予早期康复护理干预。对比两组护理效果。结果干预组8例至出院时均获治愈，治愈率100％；对照组8例至出院时有7例治愈，治愈率为87．5％，另有1例（12．5％）发生肺栓塞。护理3个月后干预组的运动功能及ADL评分均明优于对照组（P均〈0．05）。结论早期康复护理干预可显著提高妇科盆腔术后并发下肢脉血栓形成患者的康复率，改善肢体运动功能，提高生活质量。

objective To investigate the complicated by venous thrombosis after gynecological surgery （DVT） causes and nursing countermeasures of formation.Methods 16 patients with gynecological pelvic operation from 2010 January -2013 year in January admitted to our hospital with DVT patients,double blind Method were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 8 cases in each group,the control group with routine gynecological care,the intervention group received early rehabilitation nursing intervention based on routine nursing care.Compared two groups of nursing effect.Results 8 patients in the intervention group to discharge were cured,the cure rate was 100%, the control group of 8 patients to hospital 7 cases were cured,the cure rate was 87.5%,1 cases （12.5%） and pulmonary embolism.Nursing care of 3 months after the motor function and ADL scores in the intervention group was significantly better than the control group （all P〈0.05）.Conelusion early rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improve after gynecological surgery of lower extremity venous thrombosis patients recovery rate,improve motor function of the limbs,improve the quality of life.
