摘要
目的回顾总结2850例眼底血管造影检查的护理，探讨不良反应的临床观察及护理体会。方法通过对2010年-2012年2850例患者进行眼底血管造影检查，分析不良反应并进行护理。结果出现不良反应165例，包括：应激反应过强129例，胃肠道反应22例（恶心15例，呕吐7例），皮肤瘙痒、荨麻疹6例，晕厥、血压下降2例，胸闷1例，咽喉痒干咳异物感2例，荧光素钠注射部位药物外渗3例，皮肤黏膜黄染为正常现象，未发生过敏性休克病例，根据患者出现的不良反应给予护理。结论荧光素静脉内注射并非绝对安全，护理人员应熟练掌握眼底血管造影的护理配合及不良反应的处理方法，同时还应具备特殊情况下的应急抢救能力，才能保证患者检查过程的安全。
Objective To review the nursing of 2850 cases of fundus fluorescein angiography examination,clinical observation and nursing of adverse reaction of.Method through the examination of fundus angiography in 2010-2012 2850 patients,adverse reactions and nursing.Results 165 cases of adverse reactions,including：stress reaction is too strong in 129 cases,22 cases of gastrointestinal reaction（nausea and vomiting in 15 cases,7 cases）,6 cases of skin pruritus,urti carla,syncope,blood pressure decreased in 2 cases,1 cases of chest tightness,dry cough,throat itching feeling of foreign body in 2 cases,3 cases of fluorescein sodium injection site drug extravasation,skin and mucous yellow dye is normal phenomenon,without the occurrence of anaphyiactic shock cases,according to the given nursing adverse events.Conclusion fluorescein intravenous injection is not absolutely safe,nurses should master the processing methods of nursing cooperation of fundus angiography and adverse reaction,but also have a special case of emergency rescue capabilities,to ensure the safety of patients with inspection process.
