孕妇便秘的原因分析与护理对策

目的通过对孕妇便秘原因的分析，制定出针对孕妇便秘的预防护理对策，以及提高孕妇的健康水平，保障母婴安全。方法对5012例孕妇进行是否有便秘的调查登记，并对有便秘者进行原因分析与统计，针对孕妇便秘的原因采取对症措施及护理对策。结果在5012例孕妇中有便秘者597例，便秘发生率为7．92％，其中食物及药物因素引起的便秘占1．18％，生活习惯因素占5．61％，妊娠及孕期孕激素因素占2．41％，精神因素0．61％，其他因素0．10％，孕妇便秘的发生率与年龄有关，50岁以下组发生率6．02％，51～40岁组发生率为9．75％，40岁以上组发生率为25．00％。结论引起孕妇便秘的主要因素是生活习惯因素、妊娠及孕激素因素．孕妇年龄增高便秘发生率增加，对孕妇进行健康宣教及护理指导对消除及改善便秘有着显著性的效果。

Objective To investigate the cause and nursing strategy of constipation in pregnant women.Methods Questionaire investigation on constipation was performed in 5012 pregnant women.Results The occurrence rate of constipation was 7.92%, the causes of constipation included food and medicine,living habit,pregnancy and psychology.The occurrence of constipation was related to age of pregnant women.Conclusion Constipation one of the common disorders in pregnant women,health education and nursing strategy is helpful in the management of it.
