11例睾丸扭转的防治体会

目的加强对睾丸扭转的认识，以及早诊断与手术，预防睾丸扭转坏死的发生。方法对5例间歇性睾丸疼痛及6例睾丸扭转坏死或萎缩病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果11例解剖上均有Bell--Clapper畸形。对5例间歇性睾丸疼痛患者作了双侧睾丸固定，6例睾丸坏死或萎缩者作了病侧睾丸切除及对侧睾丸固定术。结论对间歇性睾丸疼痛的患者应高度重视，在睾丸禾发生扭转坏死之前及时行双睾探查及固定术，可有效降低睾丸扭转坏死的发生率。

Purpose The study of llcases about testicular necrosis after torsion and the review of documents are to further recognize testicular necrosis after torsion.Early operation can decrease the rate of testicular necrosis after torsion.Methods Anastomy for 5cases of intermittent testicular torsion and 6 cases of testicular necrosis and atrophy after torsion were reviewed.Results 11 cases all had BED,5 cases underwent bilateral orchidopexy and 6 cases performed orchitectomy and contralateral orchidopexy.Conclusions Intermittent testicular pain can develop testicular torsion at high risk.Exploration of patients with testicular necrosis after torsion will ensure the viality of the testis with good results.
