结肠癌误诊误治分析（附13例）

目的提高结肠癌的临床诊断符合率，减少误诊误治。方法通过对我院2009—2012年来收治的15例误诊结肠癌病例进行分析。结论中年以上病人，出现大便形状改变，和（或）肠梗阻症状要注意辩证施治，极容易遣成误诊误治，需要临床医生根据病人的临床表现和体征，认真分析，尽最大可能的避免误诊误治。

Objective To improve the clinical diagnosis rate of colon cancer, reduce misdiagnosis. Methods By analysis of the 2009-2012 years of the 13 cases misdiagnosed cases of colon cancer. Conclusion middle-aged patients, stool changes, and cause misdiagnosis or symptoms of intestinal obstruction should pay attention to the dialectical therapy, very easy, and requires the clinician based on the patient＇s clinical manifestations and signs, a careful analysis of the maximum extent possible to avoid misdiagnosis.
