摘要
本文通过研究解读低压无功补偿成套装置及其控制器的相关标准,并根据实际运行中发现装置运行异常特点,从提升装置标准化和提高全网无功补偿运行效益的角度出发,提出装置设计优化和控制器设计优化若干意见,倡导采用标准化安装尺寸的"智能电容器"组成成套装置、组合不同补偿方式实现三相不对称补偿、采用具有电流测量功能的投切器件进行谐波与过电流监测、采用主、从控制器协调分配装置控制与监测功能、从全网无功平衡和电压控制需求出发优化控制参数组合等技术观点。
In this paper, according to the study and understanding of relevant standards of low-voltage reactive power compensation device and controller, the features of abnormal phenomenon found during operation of the device, and also from the perspectives of enhancing device standardization and operation efficiency of the whole network, some opinions on design optimization of the device and the controller are proposed. It is recommended to adopt" smart capacitor" with standardized installation dimension to form into the complete device, combine different compensation modes to achieve three-phase asymmetrical compensation, adopt switching device with current measurement function to perform harmonic and over current monitoring, adopt the master-slave controller to coor- dinate control and monitoring function of the distribution device and, based on the need of reactive power balance and voltage control of the whole network, optimize combination of control parameters etc.
