摘要
针对SAGD双水平井在开采浅层稠油过程中存在的采油井所需沉没度不够,抽油杆磨损严重及双管作业工艺复杂等问题,提出了SAGD双水平井与直井联合钻采的技术方案。在该钻采方案中,结合油藏性质,优选砾石充填完井方式对SAGD双水平井与直井联合完井。根据现场岩心取样及室内试验,优选出筛管缝宽为0.4 mm,水平井完井管柱采用割缝筛管,采油直井采用PPS冲缝筛管。结合现场施工实况,优化形成了一整套适合SAGD双水平井与直井联合钻采方案的砾石充填完井工艺流程。新疆油田应用该联合完井技术大大降低了油井出砂量,使修井次数减少了60%,提高了油田生产效益。
In order to solve the challenge of insufficient submersion of production well,severe abrasion of the sucker rod and complex process of parallel boreholes in developing shallow heavy oil reservoirs by use of SADG parallel horizontal wells technology,an technical pro- gram of joint operation of SAGD horizontal well and vertical well was proposed.In the program,combined with reservoir characteristic,gravel pack completion was optimized selected for SAGD horizontal well and vertical well.The core sample from drilling spot and experiment drew the conclusion that the optimized width of the liner slit is 0.4 mm,slotting liner and caulking liner were used respectively in the completion string of horizontal well and vertical well.A set of technique process of gravel pack completion that is suitable for the program of joint operation of SAGD horizontal well and vertical well was accomplished associated with the practical situation from the spot. The successful application of this technology have greatly dropped the quantity of sand flow, reduced the number of well pulling by 60 %,im- proved the production benefit in the Xiniiang oilfield.
