摘要
目的探讨白藜芦醇联合体外诱导U251脑胶质瘤细胞凋亡作用。方法采用四甲基偶氮唑兰（MTT）还原检测法检测白藜芦醇联合硫化氢对u251脑胶质瘤细胞生长。结果用白藜芦醇联合处理细胞24小时后，诱导了细胞凋亡和调节细胞周期，凋亡率与对照组比较明显升高（P〈O．05）。结论白藜芦醇联合硫化氢能抑U251脑胶质瘤细胞生长，其机制可能是通过诱导凋亡来发挥作用的。
Objective To study the effect of Resveratrol combined with hydrogen sulfide on inducing apoptosis of U251 glioma cells in vitro. Methods TheU251 glioma cells were treated with Resveratrol combined with hydrogen sulfide, Cell proliferation was measured by MTT assay, Celles cycle and apoptosis rate were analyzed by flow cytometry.Results Panax notoginseng saponin injection inhibited proliferation of U251 glioma cells after treated with Resveratrol combined with hydrogen sulfide for 24 h,The apoptosis rates were increased（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Resveratrol combined with hydrogen sulfide probably inhibited the proliferation of U251 glioma cellst by inducing apoptosis.
