摘要
目的探讨美托洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗快速性心律失常的临床效果和安全性。方法将我院快速性心律失常患者70例随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组同时给予美托洛尔联合胺碘酮联合治疗，评估两组临床治疗效果及安全性。结果观察组患者平均动脉压及平均心率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组患者平均动脉压及平均心率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组均未见明显的毒副作用。结论美托洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗快速性心律失常的临床效果显著，安全，值得应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of metoprolol and amiodarone in treating tachyarrhythmia. Method The 70 cases with acute pancreatitis were divided into the observe group and the control group. The control group received the metoprolol treatment,and the observe group received the treatment of metoprolol and amiodarone. Results The effective power rate in the observe group was more than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）. The mean arterial pressure and mean heart rate in the observe group were superior to those in control group （P〈0.05）. There was no severe subsidiary reaction in them. Conclusion The effect ofmetoprolol and amiodarone in treating tachyarrhythmia is obvious and the subsidiary reaction is few ,so they are worth being used.
