无锡市滨湖区居民健康素养状况分析

目的了解无锡市滨湖区市居民健康素养状况及影响因素，为制定相关政策提供依据。方法采取分层随机整群抽样的方法，抽取滨湖区两个街道4个行政村300名15～69岁常住居民，采用自行设计的问卷对调查对象健康知识、健康理念、生活方式和行为以及健康教育需求进行调查。结果滨湖区居民素养水平为20．67％，发现仅少部分居民健康素养较好，人口社会学因素为主要影响因素。结论应采取针对性干预措施，提高居民的健康素养水平。

Objecitve To know the status of health literacy and its inlfuencing factors among residents of Wuxi Binhu District,and to provide basis for outlining relevant policy.Methods Multi-stage sampling was used to recruit the study subjects and face to face inter view was used to collect information.300 residents aged 15-69 years old infour villgaes of Binhu District were investigated.Results：In residents of Binhu District,helaht literacy level was 20.67%The result is that the proportion of residents with good health literacy was low.Demographic indicators were important factors for this. Conclusion Counterpart measures and intervenitons should be taken to improve the healht literacy level in residents.
